Sinn Féin Deputy Leader Michelle O’Neill has expressed sympathy with the families of those killed and injured in the New Zealand terror attacks.
Michelle O’Neill said:
“The attack at two mosques in Christchurch, which have left scores of people dead and injured are horrific and to be condemned.
“I have watched with shock and horror as the scale of this terrible atrocity became known.
“I have been in contact with New Zealand’s Ambassador to Ireland Brad Burgess to convey our condolences and solidarity at this time.
“Today, at this tragic time our thoughts are with the families and communities of all those killed and injured, the emergency services and the people of Christchurch and New Zealand.”
