Hoping for a repeat of last year’s heatwave, The Morgan Hotel on Dublin’s Fleet Street has opened their stunning Courtyard for the summer, and introduced a fabulous Courtyard BBQ menu.
Get friends, family or colleagues together and indulge in an extensive BBQ menu, with both vegetarian and vegan options also available, and enjoy a refreshing Ketel One Botanical Spritz on arrival.
Guests can choose from dishes such as Robinson’s Premium Pork Sausages, a juicy Venison Burger with Garlic and Thyme Marinade, sinful Five-Hour Roasted Rack of Pork Ribs with Spicy Korean BBQ Sauce, Grilled Swordfish with Lemon and Coriander Oil, Garlic Prawn Skewers and a Grilled Vegan Burger with Homemade Smoked Ketchup.
Sumptuous sides include Cheesy Paprika Potato Skins, Sticky Corn on the Cob, Red Cabbage Slaw and Quinoa Spinach Salad.
